ASPHALT CRACK REPAIR | ASPHALT SEAL COAT | ASPHALT COLOR COAT | ASPHALT CLEAR COAT
Sealcoating is the most efficient way to avoid water, sun damage, other elements and chemicals from penetrating into the asphalt and causing deterioration and break down in the future.

In addition to the protective benefits sealcoating provides, it also restores the pavement to a fresh beautiful look. Sealcoated pavements have a rich charcoal color with a clean appearance that greatly improves the overall look of the pavement. Stains such as oil spills don’t stand out as much which keeps the surface looking clean and well maintained. This makes the area look more attractive to homeowners and commercial based businesses
WHAT WE DO !!
CRACK REPAIR
Asphalt maintenance goes beyond just sealcoating. A lot of damage to asphalt can occur with water intrusion through cracks in the asphalt. Crack filling is an essential application in addition to sealcoating for long term pavement protection.
Todd Alan Coatings offers many crack filling solutions for any size project. Your first option is the convenience and safety of cold pour products.
Cold applied crack fillers are great when hot-applied equipment is not available and is ideal for crack filling up to 1/2-inch wide cracks. Trowel Grade is suitable for cracks up to 1-inch wide.

COLOR SEAL COATING
- Color sealing your asphalt driveway offers numerous benefits that can enhance both its appearance and longevity.
- Firstly, it restores the original black color, or alternative color, giving your driveway a fresh smooth look that boosts your property's curb appeal.
- Additionally, color sealers provide protection against light, weather, and traffic, helping to prevent significant damage and extending the lifespan of your driveway.
- With smoother surface, color sealed driveways are also easier to clean and maintain, plus lighter colors absorb heat, making them a more comfortable choice in warmer climates.

CLEAR SEAL COATING

-
When discussing pavement maintenance, "clear sealing a seal coat" essentially means applying a transparent sealant layer on top of an existing asphalt seal coat, providing additional protection against UV rays, water, and other elements while maintaining the original dark appearance of the seal coat, unlike a colored seal coat which would alter the visual aspect of the pavement; essentially, a clear sealer acts as a protective barrier without changing the color of the underlying seal coat.
-
A standard seal coat is designed to protect the asphalt surface by filling small cracks and creating a barrier against water and other contaminants, while a clear sealer applied on top of that seal coat provides an extra layer of defense, particularly against UV degradation, without altering the aesthetics.
-
A regular seal coat usually has a dark color, while a clear sealer is transparent, leaving the original color of the seal coat visible.
-
Both are typically sprayed, broomed, or rolled onto the asphalt surface, but a clear sealer would be applied as a final layer on top of a previously applied seal coat.
